Circle K Stores, Inc. is an operator of convenience stores through its company owned and affiliated or franchised owners. Circle K is a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard, Inc., a Quebec based company which operates Couche-Tard and Mac's in Canada and bought out the Circle K stores in 2003.
